Free Priority Service when you need it most
Our Priority Services Register ensures you get the extra care and support you need when it comes to your energy. This free service means you can get targeted support tailored to your individual needs.
When you’re on the Priority Services Register there are extra things we can do for you to make life easier, especially in the rare event of a power cut.
You will get:
A priority number that you can call 24 hours a day
Text and voice message alerts, letting you know when we are aware of a large power cut in your area
Tailored support if needed such as home visits, hot meals, advice and keeping your friends and relatives updated
Who can sign up?
You can register if you:
Are over 65
Have a disability or long-term illness
Rely on medical equipment in your home
Families with children aged 5
Have gone through a recent bereavement, break-up or job loss
Are recovering from a hospital treatment
Are living independently for the first time
